Stephen Lang as Colonel Quartich in 'Avatar'. Coke Zero has launched a new viral site for James Cameron's Avatar, asking you to join the AVTR program and experience a world like no other.
The site, AVTR.com, gives you daily insight into the anthropological, biological and cultural advances the characters in the movie are making on the planet Pandora. The site says that Pandora "represents great hope for humankind," but is also described as a dangerous place.
The site includes concept art, Twitter and Facebook links, and the daily blog. Check out the video from the site using the Video tab above to see Colonel Quartich (Stephen Lang) explain that "you are not in Kansas anymore," and what soldiers can expect on Pandora.
Meanwhile, a new Panasonic ad originating in Japan gives a brief glimpse at more footage from the film. You can watch it below!
In Avatar, an ex-Marine finds himself thrust into hostilities on an alien planet filled with exotic life forms. As an Avatar, a human mind in an alien body, he finds himself torn between two worlds, in a desperate fight for his own survival and that of the indigenous people.
